If you are planning to fit a water temperature gauge to your MINI then you will need one of these adapters. They are designed to fit between coolant hoses neatly and provide an inlet for a temperature sender.
These adapters are to suit a 32mm coolant hose and currently available with a 1/8NPT thread size which suits most common senders.
