This front ball joint connects the front wishbone (control arm) to the wheel hub. It is a crucial part of the suspension system on the MINI and is a wearable component. After prolonged use play develops in the joint, which causes both poor and unpredictable handling as well as being an MOT fail. 

Please note that splitting your original ball joint from the hub can be difficult and require specific tools. We can offer you a fitting service on this item.

The ball joint will fit either side of your MINI Ro, R52 and R53 One, Cooper, Cooper S, JCW, GP and One D.
