Exhaust Manifold - Zircotec Ceramic Coating Service
Zircotec's ceramic exhaust coating technology originated from Motorsport and is now used in road, track and F1 cars. The plasma sprayed application process produces a robust, lightweight and thin coating which enhances your MINI's performance. All of Zircotec's high-performance ceramic based coatings utilise their proprietary ThermoHold® material and can therefore only be supplied by Zircotec.
There are 3 different types of Zircotec coating you can choose from for your MINI, suitable for parts on all generations and models;
Performance White: A development of Zircotec's original motorsport coating. Performance White™ offers the ultimate in performance. It is still very widely used throughout motorsport including F1. It is also used in an increasing range of factory built supercar applications.
Performance Colours: Based on their Performance White formulation and delivering similar high levels of performance, Zircotec's coating option includes a coloured outer layer that seals the ceramic surface and offers a choice of 14 different colours. This coating is used in a wide variety of automotive and motorsport applications.
Primary Black: Developed specifically for those customers who want the benefits of a Zircotec coating but do not require the same extreme level of thermal barrier performance.
